I’m renting out a lovely double room in my spacious 3-bed house. You’ll be sharing with me and my cat Rory, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys a bit of feline company!
I work full-time in the office most days and am looking for a lodger to help with household costs.
• Monday–Friday let: £550 per month
• Full-time (7 days a week): £595 per month
• All bills included — council tax band C, utilities, WiFi, etc.
Working from home occasionally is totally fine. There’s plenty of parking available too.
It’s a very calm, friendly home and would suit a professional who wants a comfortable base. I’m not looking for a party animal so someone who enjoys a more peaceful place to call home, would be great.
