Small double room in fully refurbished all girl house with exclusive use of its own bathroom (lockable to ensure exclusive use) with shower, bath, toilet, basin. Current tenants have an input on who joins the household and will normally do the viewings. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the household and will treat the other tenants and communal areas with respect.

Room has double bed, full height wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, shelves, high ceilings nice and bright. Its not massive but does have extra storage space in its own dedicated bathroom on the same floor.

Communal areas cleaned once per fortnight.
