I have a lovely large, bright double bedroom with ensuite bathroom to rent in my home in Bestwood Village.

The room has a double bed with bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, a large chest of drawers and a 3 door built-in wardrobe.

Rent includes all bills and WiFi access.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful Country Park just a two minutes walk away. I have a nice private garden with BBQ and a secluded decked area; perfect for chilling on sunny day/evenings. The property is situated 4 miles from the M1. Moor Bridge, Park & Ride is a 5 minutes drive and (25 minute walk) , for easy access to the city centre, Nottingham train station and Queens Medical Centre. Public transport is limited but available, so the room would probably be better suited to someone with a car.

I’m looking for a professional mature lady or mature student who likes to keep a good standard of cleanliness in the home and will look after and respect my house.

No couples please.

Monday - Friday preferred.

I have three well behaved small dogs that only occupy certain rooms downstairs.

I always require a viewing before accepting a lodger. I will also require references from your current landlord/employer.

Sadly no pets/couples/smokers.
