Dbl Room to Rent in Shared House

I have a furnished double room to rent in my home in Bakersfield. Bakersfield is beside Carlton, and is in a lovely quiet location, within easy reach of the city.
There is room on the driveway for parking, and if you don't have a car, there is a brilliant bus service which runs every 8-10 mins throughout the day. It takes about 10-15 mins to get to the centre on the bus.
You would be sharing the house with me . The house has Virgin broadband and tv, all mod cons, gas central heating throughout, a bath and an electric shower.
I am a professional female, originally from Ireland. I have 2 cats, who live outdoors most of the time, just coming in at night, to sleep downstairs. I am ideally looking for someone who is away most/some weekends, and tends to keep themselves to themselves.
