130 per week - Double room - 1st April

Double room CURRENTLY AVAILABLE - 1st April

Offering weekly due to moving house within few weeks (I do not have a move date yet).

Peaceful / comfortable / creative home in NG7 area 5 minutes away from the tram, several bus routes, supermarket, an art gallery, gym & swimming pool, restaurants and the Forest Recreation ground – a large green space. You would be sharing a house with me, my mum and Mr T (my cat).

Deposit - 1 week rent No fees. All bills & cleaning supplies included - council tax, gas & electric, water, Virgin broadband, loo roll, cleaning spray, washing up liquid etc.

Would suit professional or post-grad student. I want the person that moves in to feel comfortable and at home here. I am spiritual, open-minded and LGBT-friendly. I am very clean and tidy and would love the same qualities in a housemate.

The house has a lush garden for relaxing in the Summer with a sun lounger and tables / chairs, smart tv, washing machine, slow-cooker, waffle iron, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, bath/shower, central heating etc. There is a cellar and loft that can be used for storage.

I work full time as a graphic designer so am out of the house during the day. I am an early riser so wouldn't be suitable for someone working nights.

I am a clean and tidy person and am looking for someone that shares the same habits e. g. doing the washing up before going to bed, leaving the bathroom clean after using it, emptying the bins when full, putting dishes away etc.

Please note this is a friendly but quiet house, I don't like too much noise but it would be nice to share with someone that I can have a cup of tea and chat with : )

My cat Mr T is very affectionate, quiet and low maintenance cat. I have a cat flap so no litter trays.

This is a non-smoking house, but if you want to smoke in the garden that’s not a problem. I suffer with allergies so I am afraid I can't take someone with a pet.
