Friendly, quiet and private!

Hi, I own the house - my name's Kat but I don't live there. I live around the corner with my friend. Linzi currently lives in the house with another girl but the girl is going back to Sweden.

The room is big, bright and fully furnished. The house is eclectic and quirky but very warm and has really fast broadband.

Linzi works in education full time and has a small poodle called GouGou. She is very quiet and sweet and lives in the house full time.

Linz is an animal lover, very quiet and down to earth. Her boyfriend is also quiet and polite and stays most weekends.

House rules are simple - not suitable for someone who likes to party or keep unsociable hours. Clearning is minimal and shared between you and LInz.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and wants to have a peaceful home environment. Oh, must love dogs too!!
