Double Room for rent in Hockley

My name is Alex, I’m a 27 year old professional male working full time. My current flat mate is moving out at the end of March, so the room will be free from April 1st.

The flat is located in the Habitat building in Hockley and is close to all the bars and shops etc. The rent is £880 a month (£440 each) with bills coming to about £130 each (max), so it’s pretty cheap for city centre living.

Ideally I’m looking for another guy between 20 and 30, who’s clean and easy going.
