Fully furnished room available in two bedroom house. It has 1 bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside table drawers, a desk and chair, an arm chair, a chest of drawers, a shoe rack, drying rack and a lamp. The house is spacious, clean and homely. The shower/bathroom & toilet are separate and place is located central Nottingham close to all public transport. It's approximately 10 minute walk from main town centre & the bus stop is less then a minute away from the house. Free parking for residents & bills are included.

It would be great if we have some things in common but if not respect for each others space is a must. I've been told I'm easy to get along with & I like to keep things clean so the house is always tidy making it a nice place to live. I also have 2 very sweet cats who are just over 3 years old so you would need to be cat friendly🙂
