This is a lovely three-bedroom semi-detached house with a living room, dining room and kitchen, plus a spacious backyard perfect for summer barbecues! Renting a room is quite different from living in a home, and I’d be thrilled to have someone who shares my appreciation for home living.

I have a large double room available for rent at £400. Currently, I have two women living here and would love for another woman to join us. The current residents have requested that the new lodger be female and are looking for a long-term, good-natured person.

The environment is very friendly, with everyone pitching in to help around the house and ensuring that no one is left behind. It’s a great place to live! If I may say so, it’s truly a wonderful environment.

The house is conveniently located near the M1 motorway, just a two-minute walk from the bus stop. You can also reach various takeaways, including fish and chips, a Co-op, a One-Stop Shop, an Indian and Caribbean restaurant, KFC and Chinese food, all within a five-minute walk.
