Hello everyone,

I am offering my beautiful room in a sociable house share in Mapperley (Nottingham) for short term let, because I will be working abroad between mid February for 5/6 months. The house is in easy reach of the city centre and shops like Sainsbury's and Aldi. There are bathroom facilities upstairs and downstairs, a large shared kitchen and living room. Moreover, we have a nice big garden and parking spaces.

The room is on the first floor and fully furnished. The rent of £385 includes all bills.
