Great transport links to city centre, 15 mins walk to the university. 5 mins walk to the supermarkets with Asda close by.

Looking for lodgers who are clean mature students or working professionals to share with others.

Spacious house with private garden (good for sunshine and BBQ) and space for parking on the street. Shed for bike storage.

Super large living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. Access to kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and vacuum cleaner. Mostly you will have your private bathroom.

Gas central heating throughout the property. All the bills are included (Gas, water, electricity, fibre broadband, council tax etc.)
