Good sized room in quiet location

Hi I am a live in landlord and I have a good sized room to rent in my house. It has a double bed. Bedding included if needed. Looking for some one that is easy going, friendly and not too noisy as I live in a quiet area. On street parking. I have a large garden to enjoy . Bus routes only 5 minutes walk .You can walk to town in half an hour. Bathroom, kitchen and living space is to be shared. Kitchen has washing machine /tumble drier, microwave and dishwasher as well as oven and hob. Easy access to both hospitals and universities. Sainsbury's and Aldi only 10 mins walk away. Pets not accepted and have to be child friendly .I have two cats. Rent is all inclusive. Females preferred . We have a cleaner come weekly. .if it is a family environment that you would like then look no further.
