Double Room To Rent in Basford, Notts £460pm

I have a furnished double room to rent it has quite a lot of storage, a double bed and a big window. The room is available to males or females. The room is in a two bed terraced house on a quiet street in Basford. The house has a sitting room and dining/sitting room, there is only one bathroom but that shouldn't be a problem as there will be only two of us living here. There is a small lawn garden with a patio.
The rent is £460 pm incl and the room will be available from the 20.04.2021
Included in the rent is: gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet.
I am quiet and relaxed and I do like my own space but not adverse to a cup of tea and a chat. This is not a party house but I do want you to treat this place like home and to feel comfortable using all the space in the house.
Its a 10 min walk or less to Aldi, Sainsburys, Pure gym, McDonalds, Tesco metro, tram and bus stops. And takes approx. 10 - 15 mins to get into the city using public transport. City hospital is close by and there's a direct tram that goes to the QMC and Nottingham Trent Uni city campus. Its about a 20 - 30 min walk to City hospital. It also takes about 45 mins to walk to town.
