Due to personal reasons, I am no longer able to take up tenancy at this property. The house is spacious and spread over 3 floors, it has 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will be living with 5 bubbly girls who love socialising and having fun. The house is going through some renovations and the landlord is happy to make any changes required. Rent is £97/week and the house is a 10-15 mins walk to NTU city campus , a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Clifton Campus and also a 10 min walk to the train station. Feel free to message me as I’m looking to pass over tenancy quickly. My allocated bedroom is the one shown in the last 3 pictures and is located on the ground floor. The following renovations are scheduled for this room before the start of term:
