Single Room to Let, near University

Single Room in two bedroom house available to let from the beginning of July.

All inclusive rent, includes Virgin wireless internet and NowTV. The room is furnished but i'm quite happy to move stuff around.

I've just had a conservatory built so there is considerably more living space than previously.

It's about five minutes walk from the Jubilee Campus and within walking distance of the city centre and QMC. There is off-road parking.

I'm a live-in landlord, relaxed and easy-going. I do have a pet Siberian Husky who is very friendly but really does mean you must like dogs. If you'll help out look after her then i'm happy to reduce the rent too :) I'm happy for new flat mates to bring a dog as long as they get along but other pets may not be a good idea
