Large 3 bedroom kingdom with security puppy

I’m a personal trainer/computer technician that works part time at games Workshop as well, I Recently moved up from London and am new to the area. I am Looking for someone trust worthy that is ok with a puppy around, he is a very well behaved Japanese Akita that doesn’t bark or chew anything, who loves hugs
There is one double room available.
The property has a luxury bathroom with double shower and large bath, a recently built outdoor cinema, big back garden, a fully furnished gym, cocktail bar, washing room, dining room, living room with a large kitchen and garage with plenty of parking out side.
There are also two washing machines two fridges two freezers a dryer and the dishwasher to use when needed.
I’m mainly looking for someone like minded down to earth relaxed and a professional adult to build a friendship with, so Logan has someone else in the house with him now and again.
I am a very clean person so there won’t be to much to do around the house and I also love to cook build and create. I like to socialise Cooking for others and wouldn’t mind someone else to hang with now and again.
It’s a lovely place, but a little big for just me and Logan.

With in a 30 minute walk to the city centre or 5-10 minutes on the bus. The property is on a hill overlooking Nottingham city, from your bedroom you will be able to see the city in all its glory day and night. It’s a very quiet and respectable area hence why I’m looking at professionals rather then students atm. We don’t want any drama, just love and respect.
