Flat share in the city

The bedroom is an unfurnished double room. It is not en suite, however, the main bathroom is just used by my flatmate, as I have the en suite room. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. It is an open plan kitchen/living area which has a balcony. There is a washer and dishwasher. We currently pay around £150 for bills a month (each). It's 1 minute away from Hockley which is brilliant for food and drinks.

Just graduated from university and now working in a small finance company in Nottingham. Looking for an individual that's in a similar position. A professional who has a similar routine Monday to Friday would be ideal. I like to cook, however, I always clean up after myself as I don't like messiness. The flat is all wooden floors making it easy to clean. I'm currently working towards further qualifications in my job so that keeps me busy on weeknights, that and seeing my girlfriend who stays a couple of nights a week. Other than I like most sports, movies, TV and going out for food and drinks, just the average stuff really. Overall, I'm easy to get along with, but quite and tidy, making it a nice place to live.
