Student Lodge Provident Works Studio

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a premier deluxe studio on Newdigate Street from October 25th 2019 until September 4th 2020. This room has an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette (electric hob and combi oven) and plenty of space! The flat is 15 min walk away from the town centre and there are plenty of bus routes really close by as well as plenty of free street parking available outside the building. Price would be £160 a week (£687 a month) all bills and WiFi included, and you would have access to a gym and common room in Radford House (10 minute walk). Only students can rent!!!
