The housemates (3 professionals in their 20's) are looking for a sociable, tidy, young professional or mature student (non smoker) to join their friendly house. They are looking for someone who wants a home and not a messy student share and who is prepared to do their share of the housework. If you are not already a clean and tidy person please do not apply. Also the housemates want someone who will be around for at least a year but ideally longer.
