Double bedroom with balconet (false balcony) spacious room, quiet residential area, 3 male tenants are looking for a 4th male or female to move in, 3 tidy guys, very friendly. Kitchen has essentials incl. washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven. Spacious shared living area leading to small enclosed rear garden. Bathroom is shared, but all kept to a hygienic standard with bath and overhead shower. In gated community so very secure. Own car parking space. Very close to city centre, 30 minute walk, 10 minutes on bus. Corner shop next door and a Lidl, Iceland and Tesco not too far.
No pets.
All tenants are studying at NTU, they study wildlife conservation, international business and live and technical events, if anyone has interests in those. Also a very cultured household with two guys from the Canary Islands and one from Thailand. All wonderful people, genuine friends for life.
