Double bedroom in large 4 bedroom home

Double bedroom available, in a spacious 4 bedroom home. All bills are included, including WIFI. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed which has storage underneath, a bedside table with a lamp and a large set of 6 drawers with a 32" TV.

Please note we do not allow any drugs in the house, including weed.

Downstairs consists of a spacious lounge, a big kitchen/diner leading into a large conservatory and a WC. Outside is a large patio and garden area great for entertaining.

Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and separate stand-up shower.

Living in the house are 2 females who are non-smokers. We have 2 friendly dogs, who love people! They are kept in the garage during the night. The house is very clean and does not smell of pets at all.

Rent would be required 1 month upfront and smoking is not permitted inside the house. Bus stop to the city centre is right outside the house and the Pheonix Park tram stop is just down the road. Close by to shops and supermarket.
