Nottingham Lace Market - Own bathroom and Balcony

Looking for a housemate in 4th floor city center apartment. with good views on two sides. My current housemate is moving out January 14th so room will be available from then. The video is a touch out of date and the bedroom photos too (taking more shortly) but mostly the same.

I currently rent the property myself and sublet the second room. I am planning to move to Sheffield for work in the next few months so eventually you would need to either take on the contract yourself with another person or find something else. I can be fairly flexible on the dates though so I'm happy to make this work around you.

I'm an easy-going guy, designer and traveller (so I spend a fair few weekends away). I often have friends around for dinner and drinks in the living room area so you may meet a few new faces. I'm adventurous and outdoorsy but sometimes may just sit watching a movie or playing games.

Prices:
- Rent £500pcm (£1050 total, I pay slightly more for the larger room)
- Bills: approx. £250pp, pcm (average over the year)
- Deposit: £0 required until contract swapped.
