The large main living room has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, plenty of storage and a television with amazon fire stick. It leads through to the well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, new boiler, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Each tenant has a double cupboard for food storage. The kitchen leads out to the garden area. There’s a small table and seating. There’s a retractable washing line also.
As well as the main living room, there is the ‘spare’ front room/ utility room with an extendable dining table and chairs and a television. The current tenants use it for coat storage, bicycle storage and sunbed storage, clothes drying etc.
There is a shared shower room with overhead shower cubicle and toilet with allocated storage cupboards for each tenant.
The house is privately owned and we live 10 minutes away. No deposit needed but we will need to see proof of steady, ongoing employment, passport and references.
