I am looking for someone to live in my house with me and another roommate. The house is very clean, modern, close to transport links and Asda supermarket. (2-minute walk to Asda)

We are both professionals who live here, we work in the day and are back in the evenings.

For the price, all bills are included along with one free car parking permit to park outside if required. We have Superfast 250 meg broadband with great coverage over all of the house. The room is also fully furnished including the TV. You get everything that is in the room. It is a single room and has a single bed.

There is a lovely grassed and decked area in the garden with shared BBQ and chair set that can be used in the summer.
