Description
**Not suitable for people who WFH full-time
Must be experienced with dogs**
I'm looking for someone who likes a homely environment and loves animals, and will preferably be friendly as everyone wants to feel at home where they live!
I have 3 cats and a rescue German Shepherd. All well behaved and well trained, and I would really like it if the person moving in will be really happy to be sharing a home with them and have an understanding of them.
The dog can be nervous/reactive when he first meets someone so if you're not comfortable with dogs this isn't the home for you.
Non-negotiables in a housemate:
Animal lover
Experienced with dogs
Non-smoker (inc. Vaping)
Calm, clean and respectful.
My house is better suited for mature students or professionals who want a relaxing home environment and isn't suitable for people wanting guests over.
Also not suitable for anyone working from home full time.
I'm 35 female, a non -smoker and plant-based, when I'm at home I like to be quiet but wouldn't mind the occasional games or movie night with lodgers. I tend to spend my time watching Netflix, gaming or reading at home.
I'm a Therapist and see clients at home during the day, so my household is not suitable for anyone to be at home during the day as well.
The house is really close to town with excellent transport links to the hospital, University Park and Trent Clifton Campus.
We are a 5 minute walk from the train station, good bus and tram links. Parking on the road outside.
There is a back yard but it unfortunately isn't the sun trap I would like it to be. However the embankment is at the end of the street, so there are plenty of walks and greenery nearby :)
The Portland Leisure Centre is just at the end of the street.
Rent is inclusive of all bills including a weekly cleaner. Apart from that we clean up as we go.
Shoes aren't worn in the house and the carpets are cleaned regularly.
Everyone chips in £5 per month for toilet roll, soap etc to keep things nice and simple.
*Due to the rising cost of gas and electric nothing gets left on standby etc - it would be ideal if you're a proper grown up who is well trained in these things :)
*Pictures aren't recent, there is a shower. Happy to send a video on whatsapp featuring big dog
If you think you would be a good fit and you'd like more information please get in touch , specify the length of tenancy please, your shift pattern and give some details about yourself :)
