This studio is only for students.

The studio could be rent between 3/Aug/2020 and 4/Sep/2020. If you want a longer tenancy, the period could be extended at the reception for the next academic year.

It’s a lovely studio for students in Nottingham. It contains independent toilet, kitchen and ventilation system, which makes this room a perfect place for protection against Covid-19.

The studio is on 5th floor with a great view.

The apartment is next to the Nottingham station and the tram stop. It’s really convenient for transportation.

I am the previous resident of the studio, however I have to move to somewhere else due to personal issues. The rest period of my renting contract could be transferred to the new resident formally at the reception.
