Lovely quiet townhouse close to city centre

The house is a townhouse based over three floors the 2nd floor is the double bedroom with access to the shared bathroom ( this is shared by only 2 Housemate’s) there are two communal lounges one with virgin tv and a shared kitchen with washing and drying facilities . The property also has a small fenced and gated garden.
High speed internet, tv, all bills including council tax are all included in the rent.
I live at the property and I am a mature degree student part time and also work full time, the other housemate also works full time we are both male.
