Room to rent in quiet civilised street

I have available a room to rent from 2nd April. The house is in Sherwood NG5. The house is within 5 mins walk to Mansfield Rd. Great transport links , with the city centre only 7 mins on the bus. Mansfield Rd is an active High St with a Post Office, Co-Op, and various diverse independent shops. as well as some very good restuarants and bars
The room is approx 3.7m x 2.8m. It is fully furnished. with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror etc. It overlooks the garden.
The total amount to pay per month including bills is £450. With a £350 deposit.
The house is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen ie. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
There is room to park outside the house, but the street does not have any off street parking.
I am happy to offer a short term let of 3 months, but I cannot accept couples or children.
And as for me, I am female, a 60 year old teenager, retired, single and no children or pets.
