Hi, I'm Jules I have a lovely 3-storey house in Mapperley. The house has beautiful views overlooking a park and has a garden gate onto the park.
We are looking to rent to single mature people (over 30) we are a quiet and calm household, who are mindful of others.

The accommodation is not divided off from the rest of the house but is near enough self-contained, you would share the front door and entrance with me.

I occupy the rest of the house with my well behaved 15-year-old son who lives here half of the week.

The rooms are two good size double rooms, with nice matching furniture, new beds and mattresses, the rooms are newly decorated /refurbished.
You would be welcome to use the garden.

The rent includes all utilities, Council Tax 2g and 5g internet. The house is on a lovely quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. There is parking on the street directly outside the house and a bus stop a few houses along, we are a few mins walk from Aldi supermarket, a ten minute walk from Sherwood and Mapperley.

Just so you know, we have a lovely long-haired ginger cat called Matilda who keeps herself to herself and will not engage or bother you unless you encourage her, also she's quiet and never meows.
