Standard en-suite room(first two term already paid

I am looking for a replacement tenant for a standard en-suite room in St. Peter’s Court. The first two term of fees have already been paid, if you move in, you just have to pay for the last two terms. The room is on the second floor which has a very nice view with lots of green spaces and trees, especially during summer times. St. Peter’s Court is also in a good location as it is only 5 mins walk to shops like Aldi, B&M, Lidi and so on; 10 mins walk to the Jubilee campus and they also have a free hopper bus operates every day to take students directly up to the university main campus. St. Peter’s Court also has a free gym, study rooms, laundry rooms and parking spaces all on site. It is also close to a lot of local restaurants which provide many meal choices to students. My flat also has the biggest kitchen in the whole block.
