We have a spare room in our multi-national house share (1F, 2M, professionals). The house itself has 4 bedrooms over 3 floors. On the top floor there is one flatmate who has an en-suite bathroom, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and this ad is for the ground-floor room. The room itself comes with bed, wardrobe, chair and drawers.
Soon-ish we are looking to convert one of the bedrooms into a home-office/study-space to be shared among all flatmates.
About us: We are all from different places in the world and would welcome anyone, regardless of their origin/gender/sexuality.
Sometimes we cook together, play boardames or watch movies. Our new flatmate would of course be welcome to join any activity, especially if they are moving in during the lockdown when there is not much else to do.
We are happy with someone who wants to rent the room short-term (ie. between 1 and 2 months) or for longer. PhD students, professionals or mature students are welcome, as are couples (adding £50 pcm). At this point we would arrange an online-viewing first with anyone who is interested!
The room price includes all bills (incl. broadband; we don't have a TV license or any extra TV channels).
