Hi, I am Jules I have a lovely 3 storey house in Mapperley, my house has beautiful views overlooking a park and has a garden gate onto the park. We are a quiet, warm household, mindful of others.
We are looking to rent the rooms, one person per room (over 35).
I am renting out the top floor of my house which has 2 double rooms, these two rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen, the accommodation is not divided off from the rest of the house but is near enough self-contained, you would share the front door and entrance with me.
I occupied the rest of the house with my well-behaved 14-year-old son who lives here half of the week.
The room is a good size double room, with nice matching furniture, new beds and mattresses, the room is newly decorated /refurbished, as is the whole of your floor (Kitchen and bathroom).
You would be welcome to use the garden.
The rent includes all utilities, Council Tax 2g and 5g internet., the house is on a lovely quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood.
There is parking on the street directly outside the house and a bus stop a few houses along, we are a few mins walk from Aldi, 5-minute walk from Sherwood and Mapperley.

Just so you know, we have a lovely long-haired ginger cat called Matilda who keeps herself to herself and will not engage (bother) you unless you encourage her also she is quiet and honestly never meows.
