Double room available with great transport links

Hello,

I have a double bedroom available to let in my home, I am a live-in landlord with my partner.

The property is located a couple of minutes walk from Moor Bridge Tram stop (Toton line) making it really quick and easy to get to Nottingham City Centre, QMC, UoN, and Beeston. Town is also only about a 20 min drive away or 30 mins by bus (the threes route or Yellow NCT 79). It is also only a short drive from City Hospital and we're really close to J26 of the M1 for any commuters. There is a private drive if you have a car.

I'm looking for a professional (but will consider students), who is clean and tidy and will maintain the communal areas as well as their own space. This is my home after all and I want us all to feel comfortable. I'll also welcome couples in which case the rent would be adjusted to £600 total and the deposit would be £300

A bit about me, I'm a 30yr old female professional. I currently work a mix of at the office and from home with no fixed days on when I will be at either location. When in the office, I commute by tram to the city center for work. I'm also in and out of the house a lot in the evenings with an active social life.

I have three adoring house cats that will show you lots of fuss and love, so if you have allergies this is not the house for you. My partner, Will, is a 29yr old male and he does shift work locally (thankfully not unsociable hours).

I always require a viewing before accepting a lodger, which can be in person or virtual. I will also require references from your current landlord/employer.
