Ideal for WFH Professionals!

My name is Ken. My house has a double bedroom available in June. The house is in West Bridgford with bus stop nearby (within 5 min walk) to Centre of WB and Nottingham. Also it is about 10 min walk to Asda. It is ideal for lodgers who wants to live in a spacious house with 2 to 3 people max. I'm a live-out landlord.

The double bedroom will be available in June. This bedroom has a clean double bed, mattress, 1 bed side table, a table and chair are available if needed. A study room next to the bedroom is included. It has a study table, chair, one wardrobe, monitor and office equipment. The lodgers will share the large living room with a 65'' QLED TV, a leather corner 4 seats sofa and the conservatory with a dining table and the 55'' TV. Kitchen has two fridges and 1 freezer. Off street parking is available. Fortnight cleaning for the communal area is included.

The two other housemates are professionals. One works from home and another is a driving instructor. Tidy and clean lodger is preferred. All bills included - council tax, electric, gas, water, ultra fast boardband, netflix.
