Fully furnished house share, with two friendly and tidy professionals. The current tenant is unfortunately leaving us to move in with their partner.

The house is a 3-storey semi-detached, with a driveway as well as a grass garden. It's just a 5 minute walk from Highbury Vale tram stop for quick access to the town centre if you don't drive.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all communal and come fully equipped with the normal mod-cons including dishwasher, washing machine as well a coffee machine and slow cooker.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, the middle floor has a bath and shower if you wish, however you've got your own en-suite with a shower as well.

The large master bedroom is the entire top floor of the house to do as you please with, and it has a walk in wardrobe.

The current tenants are friendly and sociable, whether you fancy some company, relaxing with some TV or drinks in the garden, but will happily respect your privacy if you just want to do your own thing.
