Double room with a Lady owner for prof female

Local to town in area of Bestwood Park/Rise Park-on bus route close to several bus links, one nice room in a shared house. The house has a private garden , double drive(one space available),warm and clean with WIFI available as well as bills included.
House has the private landlord living in(woman) who works from home and has a friendly cat.
We are looking for a clean, quiet professional person (female preferred ) who likes their privacy and is respectful. The room is a double bedroom with a mirrored double wardrobe, desk sized table, chair, shelves, double bed and bedside cabinet. I can provide bedsheets and towels if needed as well.
