We now have a lovely double room available which comes fully fitted with a modern double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and blinds. Everything you need to get comfortable in your own space.

As mentioned, there is also a modern kitchen / lounge for tenants to relax in and is a great space to use for dinner nights in / relaxing over the weekend.

So what's in the area?

Locally there is a range of shops, supermarkets and takeaways and you are just a short walk away from the city centre!

We can even do a video call using Skype or FaceTime if you can't make it in person!

In order to make this as low cost and hassle free as possible, we only require a £100 holding deposit to secure your room (this goes towards your first months rent). Thereafter, we only require a security deposit of £100 if you have a guarantor or £250 if you do not - payable before you move in.

Your first month’s rent payment is made from the point you move in.
