Lovely flat close to city centre

This is a listing for a room in a lovely two story flat near the heart of Nottingham.
There's a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, an oven, microwave, a balcony, as well as a kitchen table which we sometimes use for work when we’re not in department or library :)
There is also wifi in the flat.
Unfortunately the tv belongs to my flatmate though so he will be taking that when he leaves.

It's on a lovely quiet road called 'The Ropewalk' which feels very safe and is near the city centre so you can get to the shops quickly, there's also buses to Nottingham Uni at the end of the road.

The bedrooms have very high ceilings, that’s one of the reasons I really love the flat actually, I think being in a room with a higher ceiling so you have more space makes you feel better. The room also has some doors to walk out space onto a patio and a wardrobe built into the wall.

Postgraduate/PhD students only I’m afraid.
