Single room in Forest Fields for female prefer

Looking for a FEMALE student or professional lodger as it is female household . I live there myself with a lodger so altogether will be 3 people. In August maybe 4 people living. Mature students preferred. The house is 5 min from The Forest tram stop and Asda, 15 min walk from NTU. 400 per month including all bills plus 2 weeks deposit. 3-6 month minimum stay , 2 weeks notice after. ID check prior moving in. The room is a single room with a single bed, a wardrobe, a bed chest of drawers, a table and a chair. It is a lodger agreement. Avalible 27/04/24
