A furnished double bedroom in a six bedroom student house, just a five minute walk from the main Nottingham Trent University campus, with great travel links to various other university campuses in Nottingham.
I am no longer going to university in September, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible.
The house has a large shared kitchen, shared living room, garden, six bedrooms, and two generously sized bathrooms.
The tenancy duration is one year, dating from the 1st July 2022 to the 30th June 2023. With the deposit already paid, the new tenant will need to pay £1,850 to cover the rent for the first term.
