Free room in a sociable student house

The house is spacious with a sizeable kitchen/living area and a large basement perfect for socialising.

The house is on Radford Boulevard, a short walk from Nottingham City Centre and the City Campus of NTU. You are also a short walk from the Jubilee Campus of the University of Nottingham.

The property comprises eight double bedrooms; two shared bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and a separate lounge. All bedrooms come fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair.

We hope to find a flatmate asap so, please get in touch soon. As I have not moved into the house yet, you will get the choice of two rooms on the ground floor indicated by the blue circles. So whichever one you prefer is yours!

We are looking for a flatmate to take over our friend's tenancy as he is no longer attending the university.
