-We are looking for a friendly female housemate to add to the welcoming atmosphere in the house. We are currently 1 girl & 1 guy :-)

(Note: we like to keep the house clean, so we are looking for someone that is generally clean and that won't leave a mess for others. We are also looking for a non-smoker/vaper.)

-Super close to the centre, train station, bus station, broad marsh, etc

-Double furnished room on offer. Will contain wardrobe/rail, chest of drawers, bed, desk (may not all be showing in picture yet, but will be added if wanted). All furniture is of highest quality. Large bay window.

-No Agent Fees

-Rent and bills are £500 per month for the room.

-2 bathrooms

-Property comprises of a good-sized living room and kitchen, fully loaded with American style fridge, washing machine, gas hobs/oven and a dishwasher. All kitchen and living accessories included.

-Room has fairly new double bed and high quality furniture, as do the other communal rooms in the house.

-Large LCD TV with broadband internet.

-Decorated to a very high standard.

-No agent fees, as provided privately.

-6 Monthly minimum stay usually required, other terms negotiable.

-Professionals and students welcome.

-No deposit, but first and last month's rent to be paid upfront.

-Property has parking.

-Not Suitable for Couples / Families / Children.

-Property has small garden/yard with grass patch.
