I work in Birmingham within the week so you will mainly share with one other person, shared access to living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bathroom has been recently renovated with brand new shower, bath taps, and flooring installed. Parking available on driveway.

Some bills included in rent - Fibre optic internet, water, and a TV licence. Gas, electricity, and council tax (band A) will be shared.
