Spacious attic bedroom with a sole use of living room in a refurbished house. There is sofa bed (will add new photo), plenty of storage space and a walk-in wardrobe at the bottom of the staircase. Shared bathroom, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, garden and conservatory. Will suit a student or professional single person, who is reliable and prefer to share with one person (my niece who will be staying while I am travelling). A small, trained pet might be considered.

The property is located approx. 1 mile from the Nottingham City Hospital and few minutes’ walk to Southglade Park and Leisure centre. Easy to get to the city centre by bus 16 (the stop is across the road).
