Student*** 3 bed house, Nottingham Forest Rec

3 bed student house located in forest rec area. Close to city centre and the tram line is right on your doorstep and so is Asda (can see it outside your window).

The bedroom in question is located on the bottom floor with another bedroom opposite and a third bedroom upstairs. All rooms are double bed, has not been lived in and hoping for someone to move in as soon as possible as I had to drop out of uni due to personal reasons! The contract is from August 8th 2022 until July 9th 2023, hoping to find someone to replace me in my contact! Cannot offer any short stays as looking for a replacement occupant. August has already been paid for and dependant on when you move in can discuss further!

There are two bathrooms; one on the bottom floor and the other upstairs.

Kitchen is upstairs, open layout and comes with a washer and dryer.

All bills are included expect wifi (which has been sorted by the other two tenants already, would be around £22 split between the 3 of you!)
