We want to welcome someone into our spacious, recently renovated home, currently occupied with 2 females but will have a couple (male and female) moving in from February 2025.

There is a fully furnished double room (first floor) with a beautiful front garden view. There is a large shared bathroom with a shower cubicle and there is plenty of kitchen space with your own designated freezers, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

The house has excellent central heating and double glazing throughout, with really thick walls (good sound and heat insulation) in great condition.

You will only be a short walk away from QMC, Jubilee campus and the University of Nottingham main campus. Wollaton Park is only a 10 - 15 minute walk away also too. This is probably the best street with well spaced out houses and little traffic.

Regarding your rental agreement, we only ask for a month's notice if you decide to leave, but appreciate more if you can. You will not be financially tied into a long contract which might be costly if your plans change.

There are good pubs, coffee shops, gyms and restaurants within a very short radius. The bus stop is literally around the corner, with the buses being quick, taking you into the city centre in a matter of minutes!

All bills, services and council tax are already covered, with no hidden fees. Plus toilet roll and washing up liquid!


One very friendly year old dog will be moving in from February 2025, so please do not message if you don't like dogs.
