Double room for rent located on a quiet (but very friendly) residential street, in a well maintained house occupied by the owner. 3 miles from Nottingham city centre with regular bus service (every 6-8 minutes) into city from stop at the end of the road. Within walking distance to local pubs and shops. Room can either be furnished or unfurnished as required. Already has 'built-in' wardrobe with extra storage space, bed (but can be removed upon request), fully fitted kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave ect, washing machine). New bathroom fittings (bath and separate shower cubicle) and an extra toilet (just in case you enjoy long baths!). Rear opening to garden patio, central heating, broadband and double glazing.
You will have use of a shared sitting room and dining room together with a modern well appointed kitchen. Working as a chef, means I do enjoy having friends round for dinner and BBQ's in summer! I am looking to share with someone who is sociable and relaxed but also tidy, willing to do their share of the cleaning and who is also respectful of property and possessions. I do also enjoy reading, meditation, cycling and just generally relaxing in front of the tv.
