Nearby facilities include local shopping area, supermarkets and sports facilities, Trent bridge, the local football and cricket grounds. Also ideal for QMC & NOTTINGHAM universities. There is easy access which is in walking distance to a regular tram service to and from the city centre. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and likes their own space. Suitable for non smokers, one or two people but this will incur and extra £50 per month. Bills are included. Ideal for professional, working individuals or mature student. The room has its own en-suite. It is fully furnished and equipped with a kettle and small fridge. The kitchen facilities include a two hob induction, microwave and toaster. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.
