I've got 2 double bedrooms available in my three-bed terrace. You pay one price. That covers everything: water, electric, gas, and fast internet. No surprise bills landing on the doormat. No awkward conversations about splitting costs. One number, every month, done.

You don't have to commit to a year either. Minimum of 3 months while you get settled, that works. We'll figure out a timeline that fits your situation.

All rooms are fully furnished, and the house comes with a washing machine, TV, and good broadband. I keep the place genuinely clean, not "clean for the photos" clean, and I'd like housemates who do the same. Tidy, friendly, respectful of shared spaces.

Getting around is easy. The Forest tram stop is a 10-minute walk. Bus stops into the city centre are 5 minutes on foot. If you're studying at Trent, you're about 15 minutes by tram. University of Nottingham is around 25 minutes by bus or 7 by taxi. Lidl, Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury's, plus a few African and Asian shops are all within walking distance. And if you like running or just being outside, Forest Fields is 5 minutes away.
