Hello, I am looking to rent 2 bedrooms in my three bedroom terrace house. There is a possibility to stay for up till a year but I accept shorter stays too and can work with the number of weeks and months you plan to rent. This property is 10mins walk away from the tram stop (the forest) and 5mins walk to bus stops which goes to the city centre. Also located 15mins away from Nottingham Trent University via the tram and approximately 25mins on bus and 7mins on taxi away from the University of Nottingham. Local shops like Lidl, Asda, Aldi , Sainsbury and a few African and Asian stores are just walking distance away. This property is suitable for students and professionals new to this city. This property is fully furnished (TV, washing machine, very fast internet/broadband etc) and all bills (water, electric , internet, gas) are included in the rents. My property is extremely clean and would love people who are tidy, neat and friendly too.
