Looking for a short- to medium-term lodger for the spare room of my charming Victorian townhouse in central Nottingham.

THE PROPERTY:
This large double room features loads of clothes storage, a comfy armchair, and beautiful views of the park.

Included: utilities, council tax, broadband, parking permit, streaming subscriptions and cleaner.

You will have shared access to a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, ground floor dining/sitting room, upstairs lounge with large TV with all the usual streaming platforms and bathroom.

The house is in an attractive, pedestrianised conservation area, overlooking a lush park in the trendy neighbourhood of Sneinton Market. A five minute walk from the buzzing Hockley area, and a ten minute walk from Nottingham's main shopping area.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
I'm looking for a professional person of any gender/background. No smokers and no pets, sorry. The house may not be suitable for someone with reduced mobility, but please ask as it may be fine for you!

Initially I'm not able to commit to a long term arrangement, and would ideally like someone who is seeking short-term for now. I am often working away from home so you may be often be alone in the house. When I'm at home I'm happy to chat and share some meals/meal times if you want to, but will respect your need for alone time and personal space. I need you to do the same for me.
